Which currency am I billed in?
India is billed in ₹ by Quoqo (India); everywhere else is billed in $ by Quoqo, Inc. (US). Your country at signup sets the entity automatically.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your account. Changes are prorated by Stripe.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save roughly 6% versus monthly. Toggle Annual above to see the rate.
What counts as a user?
A user is a workspace member with their own login. Core is single-user; Professional includes up to 5 workspace members; Enterprise includes unlimited workspace members. Document recipients and signers do not count as users.
Can I add people outside my organisation?
Yes — as document recipients or signers. Professional and Enterprise workspace members must use your organisation’s corporate email domain. External parties do not need workspace accounts and can receive and sign documents using any valid email address.
