Terms of Service
Last updated 12 June 2026
This is a working summary of our terms. The full, legally-reviewed Terms of Service will be published here before launch.
Agreement to terms
By accessing qsig.in or using the QSign application you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using QSign on behalf of an organisation, you accept these terms for that organisation.
The service
QSign provides electronic signature, Aadhaar eSign and digital signature certificate (DSC) services, plus related features such as templates, team management and a signing API. Features available depend on your plan.
Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for your account, credentials and the documents you process. You agree not to use QSign for unlawful purposes, to upload content you have no right to, or to misuse the API or attempt to disrupt the service.
Legal validity of signatures
QSign supports signature methods aligned with India’s IT Act and equivalent frameworks. You are responsible for determining that the chosen signing method is appropriate and valid for your particular document and jurisdiction.
Plans, billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed via Stripe — in ₹ by Quoqo (India) for Indian customers and in $ by Quoqo, Inc. (US) for others. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel anytime from your account.
Intellectual property
QSign, the Quoqo brand and the software are owned by Quoqo. You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quoqo’s liability is limited as set out in the full terms. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Questions? Email support@quoqotech.zohodesk.in.
