Who we are
QSign is operated by Quoqo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (India) and Quoqo, Inc. (US) (“Quoqo”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use qsig.in and the QSign application, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, organisation), documents and signatures you upload or create, signing metadata (timestamps, IP address, identity verification results), and billing information processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use your information
To provide the signing service, verify identity for Aadhaar eSign and DSC, maintain a tamper-evident audit trail, process payments, send transactional and service emails, and improve and secure the product.
Sharing & sub-processors
We share data only with sub-processors needed to run the service (e.g. cloud hosting, payments, email and identity-verification providers) and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
Signed documents and their audit trails are retained for as long as your account is active, or as required to evidence a completed signature, after which they are deleted or anonymised per our retention schedule.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-scoped, and every signing action is logged. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard safeguards.
